Practices

Welcome to another season of Cardinal middle school Football.  Practice begins Monday 7/29/24.  All practices this season will be from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.  We will practice 4 days a week until our first scrimmage.  After the scrimmage we will practice 3 days a week with a game on the 4th day.  Our Game schedule is posted below the list of coaches.  All games are on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Band App

Please be sure to join the MS Football Band app for all communications.  This is how I will keep everyone in the loop and inform parents about any changes or important announcements.  Please use this link to join Band ASAP.  Use this App to communicate with me, but make sure you message me directly with questions or concerns.  Please refrain from messaging the entire group.  Anyone that tries to post negative or inappropriate content on the public messages will be removed from the group.

Other Information

1) Please make sure you have completed all your online paperwork and uploaded an updated physical on the UA Athletic Website.  This includes paying CAC dues.

2) Link to Signup Genius for Pregame meals.  You earn volunteer hours for this.
