Union Academy senior Stephen Gonzales has signed with the Michigan State Spartans to continue his football career as a collegiate kicker. Gonzales leaves Union Academy as the school’s all-time record holder for place kickers and one of the most consistent specialists in program history.

Union Academy is proud to announce the appointment of Grant Williams as the school’s new Athletic Director. A familiar face on campus since 2017, Williams brings nearly a decade of leadership, coaching, and educational experience to his new role.

Union Academy Softball has won the NCHSAA 1A State Championship for the second time, adding another title to their 2023 victory! Held at Duke University, the championship capped off a dominant postseason where UA outscored opponents 63 to 1.
